Non-Olympic Committee (INOC) is revealing
the real face of
"International
Olympic Committee (IOC) & Its
National Olympic Committee (NOCs)"
The IOC has
got tremendous reputation and world
recongition, respects, and it's values
amongst peoples of the world, the
whole world recognised that the IOC
is supporting, sports, sporting spirit,
brotherhood, peace, social integration,
opposing descrimination, protecting
human
rights, gender equality, sports for
all etc., but it is very unfortunate
that the OLYMPIC (IOC) has started
damaning program from a decade before
to damage Non-Olympic-Movement i.e.
International
Non-Olympic Committee (INOC),
the INOC is
came in existnace on dated 25th March-1997,
and aims was to protect those game,
which are not part of the OLYMPIC-MOVEMENT
or members of the IOC, mean supporting
those games, which they are financially
poor, and they don't have good recognition
in International level, by giving
them international plateform where
they can show their talent, and get
some attractions from sponsors, governments,
and other agencies, so that they can
take benefits of this show, the INOC
also giving them chance to expand
their game worldwide, giving them
chance to introduce their game country
to country slowly but worldwide.
Slowly slowly
the INOC has got recognition (click
to see) from all over
the world, recognising INOC-Movement
by the many govermments, international
agencies, international sports federations,
national sports federations, sports
world leaders, political leaders worldwide.
The International Olympic
Committee (IOC) has started
conspiracy from the day of its formation,
and started
through their damaging
programs worldwide, but they have
taken very clever position of it,
they were not directly taken any initiative
against INOC, but their legal national
olympic bodies, and member of IOCs,
and through few faithfull government
officials has move damaging programs,
purpose to damage National Non-Olympic
Committee (NNOCs) worldwide, We personality
slute IOC-Movement & its office-bearers
that they have opened dozens of fighting
front and putted artilery from many
dozens places, given silence instruction
fire on INOC, India HQ, and its all
National Non-Olympic Committees (NNOCs),
it is very crucial moment for INOC
that they are in single target from
IOC, and dozens of artileries firing
on INOC-Movement, how any body can
save or face them, if attack &
bullets coming from dozens angles,
no body can survive, the IOC peoples,
they no how to damage whole things.
The
IOC has spent millions & millions
USD to damage INOC-Movement, and many
times offered as bribes millions millions
USD to close-down the INOC-Movement,
and take good position into IOC, and
enjoy with position.

Dear
Mr. Roger,
We must congratulate you that being
President-IOC lots of achievements
you have done for Olympic Sports worldwide.
It
is very unfortunate for us to inform
you that the International Non-Olympic
Committee has been formed on dated
25th March-1997, which previous President-IOC
has been well informed by our office
about the initiatives, but from the
very first year we have received Legal
Notice from British Olympic Association
on dated. 2nd March-1998, (under their
protection act, not to use “Olympic”
word, the sentence wrote in the letter
“I regret that we would fight,
most vigorously the establishment
of any such organization in the U.K.
weather in breach of the Act or otherwise”
(if BOA has act to protect them so
why they wrote very hard sentences
& “otherwise” means
that they suppose to kill me like
that, or they will manage to kill
me), BOA has sent very same carbon
copy (c.c.) sent to IOC & others,
our Russian counterpart sent a personal
massage through our secretary-B.S.
Nagaraj during his official visit
in Russia that we have International
Threat to Mr. Mohd Seraj Ansari, any
personal attack can be happen with
him by the rival’s group of
INOC, (because, you are running INOC,
be carefull don’t move without
security to any countries, I am just
living as a prisoner without any guilty),
another legal notice has been sent
by Australian Olympic Committee-AOC
to the INOC and carbon copy sent to
IOC & others dated. 235/2003 &
14/11/2003, that under their protection
act, the NOC can’t use Olympic
word & symbols (AOC has amended
their previous act i.e. Olympic Insignia
Protection Act 1987, which Amended
in 2001) just because of INOC has
came into existence in 25th March-1997,
AOC has acted to stop INOC in the
Australia and given a message to others
countries to stop INOC-Movement worldwide,
again a IOC-Member Mr. Phil Coles,
sent a letter to stop INOC-movement,
letter C.C. sent to IOC on dated.
27/05/98 Dr. Un Yong Kim President-
GAIFS and Vice President-IOC letter
dated. 24/03/98 & Rom Frochlich
President-IWGA his letter dated. 1st
April-1998 has strongly objected about
the INOC and its activities, they
also given sort notice to stop the
INOC movement and letters c.c. sent
to IOC & others, what’s
wrong is doing by the INOC, thousands,
millions peoples as well as IFs &
NFs, many Governments, Organizations
worldwide has recognised INOC-Movement.
Dozens
of International Olympic Committee’s
associated members, associated organizations
etc, has also sent letters, e-mails,
faxes, phones calls to our office
and they are also with the very same
direction as above and many one has
also sent their letter copy to IOC
in deferent dates. The INOC is shocked
that every one is objecting with INOC
and sending copy to IOC as reporting
to IOC as their assignment given by
the IOC.
The
INOC has very noble objectives, which
European Commission and many Governments,
International Sports Federations,
National Sports Federations, International
Sports Personalities, Hon’ble
Prime Minister & Ministers, United
Nation’s Agencies, Thousands
& Millions peoples of the world
has accepted the INOC-Movement and
sent their best wishes for great initiative
and expressed that INOC will become
remarkable movement in the history
of the sport.
But
from the day of its formation, the
INOC has faced many serious obstacles,
which has been created by the Olympic
associated individuals, associated
organizations directly or indirectly,
at least 9 years have been gone, but
National Olympic Committees and Olympic
Council of Asia and other continental
and other bodies intentionally damaging
our National Non-Olympic Committees,
associated International Non-Olympic
Sports Federations, Asian Non-Olympic
Committee President from Iran has
been inducted through its kickboxing
sport into Asian Council of Asian
and given them membership, and another
sport i.e. International Woodball
Federation was associated with INOC,
they also inducted as very same as
kickboxing and Asian Council of Asia
has been given them Membership in
Asia. When we were in China as a guest
in China Woodball International championship-2006,
the Taipei Olympic Committee President
also came into the same program. We
have been given second class treatment
just because of the Olympic guy to
get them impressed in the presence
of founder & secretary general-International
Non-Olympic Committee, and organiser
has expressed their sorry and many
times apologize for happening.
Indian
Olympic Association-IOA is also working
to windup the Indian Non-Olympic Association
(INOA), the INOA has been more than
32 National Sports Federations and
the IOA has sent letters to many of
our federations to get affiliate them
IOA, which was a Non-Olympic Sports
federations, even before existence
of INOC & INOA IOA was only affiliating
IOC’s recognised Sports Federations
in national level, but now any body
can get affiliation, it is just because
of damaging the INOC as well as INOA,
because, India has created the INOC,
so if the INOC will not stand in India
than INOC will not stand in the world,
in other hand the IOA has forcibly
amended the Indian sport guidelines
of Ministry of Youth Affairs &
Sports, Govt. of India, that national
sport federations has compulsion to
get affiliation from IOA if they want
to get recognised as national sports
federation into Ministry of Youth
Affairs of Sports, Govt. of India,
the INOA recognition application has
been pending since more than 4 years
in the ministry, the ministry is asking
that INOA has to follow the guidelines
of Sports Ministry, Govt. of India,
ofcourse, INOA will follow the rules,
but they also have to get affiliation
from IOA if INOA want to get recognise
from Sports Ministry. Another Mauritius
National Olympic Committee is fighting
with Mauritius National Non-Olympic
Committee, they also have submitted
letter before the Ministry of Sports
and Prime Minister etc., not to recognise
and provide them any importance in
the government’s high level
committee to the Mauritius National
Non-Olympic Committee.
As
we have many dozens of letters e-mail,
faxes that has exposed that Olympic
members, associated organizations,
and its allies is not working as rivalry
groups against the International Non-Olympic
Committee (INOC) and its National
Non-Olympic Committee (NNOS) in all
over the world. What’s wrong
with rivalries and its allies, why
they are damaging and want to close-down
the INOC-movement, the INOC is not
wanting to close-down the IOC, so
why they are doing like that, this
is unjustified and un-law full, and
against the world peace, sport spirits,
if the INOC is giving protection to
those games, which are not the members
of the International Olympic Committee
(IOC), as you know that Non-Olympic
Sports are very poor and they are
struggling very hard to get its popularity,
sponsorship for their survivals. The
INOC is supporting them, and giving
them international platform to get
socialize them and attract sponsors
and establish their sports in the
world sports arena.
Dear
Mr. Roger, the IOC has got tremendous
reputation from the world as well
as tremendous respects from peoples
of the world with Olympic Movement
with great objectives i.e. world peace,
social unity, and integrity, brotherhood,
equality, and prohibiting with bad
politics in sports, cast and religion
etc., but your members, associated
organizations, officials are doing
very against the ethics & code
of IOC & humanitarian grounds
and has damaged the Sport Spirits
worldwide. Which we haven’t
expose till now with any media or
any legal actions from our end, but
we have been forcing by our members
to get some legal actions against
these are intentionally happening
only against INOC and its National
Non-Olympic Committee (NNOCs), in
this regards, we have met with Hon’ble
Deputy Chairman (Lower House) Parliament
of India Mr. K. Rehman Khan, which
they are also patron of Indian non-olympic
sports federation, they have suggested
us to put petition (letter & documents)
in the parliament and parliament will
ask every things from the concerned,
as we all know that parliament working
is a live telecast. It will become
world news and will damage world sports,
sport spirits, which we don’t
want to do. We have also met with
Indian permanent delegate in United
Nation, they also have shocked with
wrong is happening against with INOC
by the Olympic groups, they also assure
that they will keep raise our voice
in the United Nation. And also a very
senior group of Indian New Agency’s
head has also met and check all papers
and requested INOC to provide all
papers and full of statement to them,
they will make it public issues amongst
the world and INOC will get justice
from the world. But we have decided
to first put our problems before the
IOC-President & its Executives.
Let them decide first what we have
to do and stop or take action, and
make amicable solution, which will
not damage sport spirits and freedom
of INOC to work for their non-olympic
sports worldwide.
At
last, the rivals groups have compelled
the INOC to make our final representation
before you and your members of IOC,
in support of many faxes, e-mails,
and phone calls to get any good solution
finally from the IOC. We are sending
few copy of letters came from rivals
of INOC via fax and also via e-mail
as attachments so that you can look
at and take action as final medicine
for final solution.
We
are writing this letter to understand
the facts, and find out the way, how
we can work for the world of sports
and not to damage each others, and
work with full freedom. We would appreciate
if you could have some time to have
a meeting with you to discuss the
matter seriously and amicably remove
all deficiencies with each others,
together build up the world peace.
We
are hoping that your special attention
would be taken on these very burning
issues and would be acted positively
to stop bumming on INOC-Movement with
dialogues.
We,
therefore, request you to kindly take
up the following issues on priority
basis from your end, we shall be highly
obliged to your reply within a week,
so that we can ensure our members
with your reply and solutions.
